Donna Phillips is a Morgantown WV native who’s love for painting and illustrating lead her to a tattooing career in 2015. Donna’s tattoos are known for their line-work and color. Her favorite things to tattoo are animals, insects, botanicals, movie and anime subjects! Donna gets her name “Catladytattooist” for her second passion as a foster and volunteer for the Morgantown area rescue, Homeward Bound WV. She loves doing tattoos for the animals in your life and is always happy to see pictures of your pets!
